Pan No is required for any amount of Deposit.
As per New RBI Rules Savings Interest will calculate on Daily Product basis
Inoperative Account : Amount lying in Inoperative Account for more than 10 years will be transferred to DEAF (Depositor Education & Awareness Fund) as per RBI Guidelines.
